Sales Orders where the Renewals Exclusion box are still being renewed.

Sales Orders where the Renewals Exclusion box is marked will still be included on the renewal process when the preference is marked after the creation of Contract Items through R03 script. The renewals exclusion setting on the contract item is the basis for renewal purposes and not the setting on the sales order.
