Reference Cart > Matrix Item does not show Item Name

Users may find that adding a Matrix Item to the Reference Cart does not display the Item Name but just the item options.

This happens when the Matrix Subitem added has the same Display Name/Code as the Matrix Parent Item.

To resolve this, edit the Matrix Subitem, change the value of the Display Name/Code field, then save.
