Posting Period field is not showing in Sales Order, Purchase Order, and Return Authorization

Posting Period field is not showing in the Sales Order, Purchase Order and Return Authorization because these are all non-posting Transactions. This field is available only to Posting Transactions like Invoice, Cash Sales, Bill, etc.

This concern is currently covered by Enhancement # 212057 : Be able to expose the Posting Period in Sales Orders.
