Below are the possible reasons why customers are not assigned with the correct sales rep using Zip/Postal Code as the basis for the sales rules:
* The ZIP code is covered under two Sales Reps Sales Rule criteria/sub-rule and one of the reps is higher on the Sales Territory Hierarchy.
* The sub-rule on the Sales Rule is off or there are typographical errors on the ZIP code range.
* The Sub-Criteria is incorrect. For example, "between" sometimes becomes "not between". This is difficult to notice especially if there are a lot of of sub-rules.
