Number of Records Imported are Fewer than the Rows on the CSV File Even if the CSV Import is Successful

The number of records depends on the number of Internal Ids or External Ids (reference number) entered on the CSV file. Same reference numbers count as one.

For example, there are two rows with the same reference number. They appear to be two different records since they occupy two rows of the file but the system actually looks into the reference number which makes the two rows equal to one record only.
