1. Navigate to Reports> New Search> select Transaction then click on Create Saved Search button
2. Rename Search Title
3. On the Criteria tab> Standard sub tab add the following Filter and Description:
Filter | Description
Type | is any of Invoice
Date | user can indicate any date range ** this is Invoice Date
4. On the Results tab > click Remove All button then add the following fields:
>> Date
>> Number
>> Name
>> Amount
>> Paying Transaction fields... then select PO/Check Number
5. Save and Run
** You have the option to Display Main Line Fields or all Fields.
