This article shows the precedence or order of how Item Pricing is recognized in the Web Store:
If there is an item pricing set up in the Customer Record:
1. Customer Record > Financial > Item Pricing (Sub-Tab) first
2. then Customer Record > Financial > Group Pricing (Sub-Tab)
3. then Customer Record > Financial > Price level ( Field)
If nothing is set on the Customer Record:
4. Setup > Site Builder > Setup > Price level ( Drop Down) first
5. then Item Record > Sale/Pricing > Base Price
