Unable to Select EFT and DD Templates when Creating Company Bank Details for Accounts Where the Default Country is India

India only supports Positive Pay file formats when processing Electronic Payments.  An alternate solution is to install the Advanced Electronic Bank Payments bundle (Bundle ID: 21147) if the objective is to process and generate file templates for entities situated outside India.
