Saved Search for the date when Item Fulfilment’s status became Shipped

1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New
2. Click Transaction.
3. Modify Search Title.

4. On the Criteria tab > Standard subtab > Set the following Filters:
- Type is Item Fulfillment
- Status is Item Fulfillment:Shipped
- System Notes: New Value is Shipped

5. On the Results tab > Columns subtab > you may add or remove the fields and add the following fields:

- Field = System Notes Fields…Date
  Summary Type = Group
  Function = Day
  Custom Label = Shipped Date

- Field = Created From
  Summary Type = Group

6. On the Available Filters tab > set the following Filter to Show in Footer:
- System Notes Fields…Date

7. Save & Run.
