1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New > Customer.
2. Under Criteria > Standard, enter the following:
- Inactive: False
Call: Date Completed is <preferred date range>
3. Under Criteria > Summary enter:
- Summary Type: Sum
Field: Formula (Numeric)
Description: is equal to 0
Formula: Case when {call.title} like '%< preferred keyword >' then 1 else 0 end
4. Under Results subtab, enter the following:
- Name
Summary Type: Group Email
Summary Type: MaximumPhone
Summary Type: MaximumSales Rep
Summary Type: MaximumCategory
Summary Type: MaximumPrice Level
Summary Type: Maximum
Note: Users can add or remove fields depending on preference.
5. Enter a Search Title.
6. Click Save.
