Process to Update Merchant e-Solutions Profile Key

Once the new profile key is generated, the credit card profile in NetSuite needs to be updated. These are the steps:

1.    Using Administrator role, navigate to Setup > Accounting > Credit Card Processing.

2.    Hit the Edit beside Merchant e-Solutions profile.

3.    Under Authentication Credentials section > Profile Key field, type in the key provided by Merchant e-Solutions.

4.    Hit Save.

Note: It is highly recommended to log out from NetSuite and clear the browsers cache before logging in and processing credit card transactions.
