User role with Create permission level for Calendar is unable to sync Outlook events via NetSuite for Outlook. Viewing the Errors window prompts: Permission Violation: You need 'Phone Calls' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator.

RATIONALE:

Regardless if the Outlook Event item being synced is a Phone Call or a simple Event, Phone Calls permission with a minimum level of 'Create' is required because event in Outlook is mapped to both Calendar Event and Phone Call records in NetSuite.
