Link in the Web Store Results to an Error "This webpage has a redirect loop error"

When web store customers click on a link, they get the following error: This webpage has a redirect loop error. This happens when a URL is re-directed to itself, this results in an endless loop.

Solution:
1) Navigate to Setup > Site Builder > Redirects.
2) Under the Redirect From column, locate the URL which is causing the problem.
3) Check if the URL value in the Redirect From column is the same as the URL value in the Redirect To URL column.
4) Change the corresponding URL value in the Redirect To URL column to  redirect to the correct URL.
