Fedex SmartPost is a service offered to customers who need to ship small, low-weight packages to residential customers. The service is available to customers who need packages delivered to locations in the United States and Canada.
If a user ships an order using any of FedEx SmartPost shipping services (e.g. FedEx SmartPost® Parcel, FedEx SmartPost® Standard Mail) and receives the error "Bill Recipient or Bill Third Party invalid for this service", user needs to contact FedEx at phone number 877 339 2774 to further check their account. According to FedEx, if the user does not have a SmartPost account, they will not be able to ship items using SmartPost shipping services.
