Delete a Version in Adaptive Insights

This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.

Users can delete a Version in Adaptive Planning as long as it is not the top Actual Version.

Navigate to Admin > Manage Versions, click on the Version that you want to delete and then click on the delete option (x icon) at the top of the page.

 

Note:

If the version that you want to delete is the default planning version, you must first make another version as the default.

If the version that you want to delete is Locked, you have to unlock it first.
