Create a Saved Search to Check if a Customer's Currency is Different From its Parent

 

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New

2. Select Customer on the list

3. Set the following under the Criteria > Standard subtab:

-Formula (Text):

        *Formula = case when {currency}{parentcustomer.currency} then 'same' else 'diff' end

        *Description = is diff

-Parent/Customer: Name/ID = is not empty

4. Set the following under Results tab:

-Name

-Primary Currency

-Parent Customer: Name

-Parent Customer: Primary Currency

-Formula (Text) = case when {currency}{parentcustomer.currency} then 'same' else 'Different Currency' end

5. Assign a Search Title and hit Save & Run
