Create a Sandbox PayPal Business (Merchant) Account

Below are the steps in creating a Sandbox PayPal Business Account:

1. Navigate to https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accounts/
2. Sign up for a Sandbox account (This will be the primary email)
3. Login using the email address used in the registration process
4. Navigate to Applications subtab
5 .Click Sandbox Accounts and create an account
6. Select Account type as Business (Merchant Account)
7. Provide a dummy email address
8. Take note of the password
9. Enter PayPal balance
10. Press the Create Account button

Note: Since the account is created in PayPal Sandbox environment, it will only work in a NetSuite Sandbox Environment.
