To prevent chargeback from customers when Web Store name is different from your merchant ID, you can request to have your Merchant Descriptor changed on customer's credit card statement.
The merchant descriptor that is displayed on your customer's credit card statement is controlled by your merchant account provider, you will need to contact them to make any changes to the descriptor that is shown on the credit card statement.
If CyberSource is your merchant account provider, submit a ticket to CyberSource requesting to change your merchant descriptor for your account.
