Add Contacts with Similar Names in a Customer Record

The user wants to add Contact records with similar Names in a Customer record under Relationships > Contacts. When adding the second record, the user gets the error: A contact record with this name already exists. Every contact record must have a unique name.

An alternate solution for this is to change the case of the letters. 

Customer ABC Company:

Contact:

1. John Smith

When adding the next Contacts with the same name, the user can enter the names with upper/lower case as:

2. John smith

3. JOHN SMITH

4. john smith

Note:  This is an alternate solution for Enhancement 191849.
