No.

Can all customers use Negotiated Rates?
No. Only shippers approved to ship using negotiated rates can use negotiated rates.

 

Is Negotiated Rates applicable to all types of services?
No.

Does the weight field become a mandatory field when the UPS Letter is selected in Carrier Packaging?
Yes.

Is Large Package Surcharge charged per package?
Yes. A Large Package Surcharge (LPS) will be applied to each Large Package. Each Large Package in a multiple ­package shipment may receive an LPS.

 

For Russian and Slovakian customers, does the sales order need to be in the local currency of the customer (i.e. RUB and EUR) in order for the Declared Value and COD Amounts to be displayed on their local currency?

Yes.

 

Does UPS require a separate UPS account for each SHIP FROM country?

Yes.
