Unable to add USPS Parcel Post as a Shipping Item

NetSuite does not offer USPS Parcel Post service anymore as it has been discontinued by Endicia and was replaced by USPS Standard Post. For all customers using USPS Parcel Post service service, you can just use USPS Standard Post instead.
