Transactions > Customers > Accept Customer Payments > Customer is not showing on Customer List

When users navigate to Transactions > Customers > Accept Customer Payments, Customer/s are not showing on the Customer field dropdown or list, here are the possible reasons:

1. The Customer is Inactive.
2. The Customer is still a Lead or a Prospect.

To convert the record to a Customer:
- Navigate to Lists > Relationships > Leads/Propects.
- Click Edit beside the Lead or Prospect record.
- Change the Lead Status or Status - CUSTOMER-Closed Won or any CUSTOMER- status.
- Save.
