SuiteScript > nlapiSetFieldValue() used in an after submit does not update the field value

If nlapiSetFieldValue() is used in an After Submit script it will not commit those changes to the record in the database. nlapiSetFieldValue() would need to be called in a Before Submit to have the changes saved.
