Consider the following scenario:
- The campaign was originally scheduled on an earlier date
- However, it did not fire out because the customer exceeded their campaign email limit
- The account provisioning issue was settled and the campaign was rescheduled to go out on a different date
- Scheduled Time has passed but the Campaign Status is still set to Scheduled to Execute
This is the intended behaviour of the system. A rescheduled Campaign Event is never sent again because it has already been processed. To send the Campaign, the user has to create a new Campaign Event instead of trying to reschedule the old one.
