Setup > Accounting > Tegata > Manage Tax Reporting > Intrastat Reporting > Changing Nexus using Setup Wizard > Select a NOTC > Error on Page or an Unexpected Error


After installing International Tax Reports Bundle #14864:

1.    Navigate to Setup Manager screen

2.    On left side open up Accounting > Tegata > Manage Tax Reporting folder

3.    Select Intrastat Reporting

4.    Change the Nexus value from the one it defaults to

Results:  The Nexus dropdown field is stuck on the selected value and the list of values are no longer displayed.

Alternate Solution:

1.    Hover over Setup > Accounting > Tegata

2.    Select Manage Tax Reporting from the dropdown list

Note: Defect 245075 has been filed reporting this problem.  If you are experiencing this problem and would like to check on status of the defect please submit a support case referencing this noted Defect#.
