Saved Search that Displays Scheduled Phone Calls Linked to Open Opportunities

  
1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Phone Call as Search Type.
3. Under Criteria tab > Standard sub tab, add the following filters:

• Status = Scheduled
• Opportunity Fields...Opportunity Status = Any of (Add all open Status except Closed, and Closed Won) 

Note: Press Ctrl key on your keyboard to select multiple, then click Set.
 
4. Under Results tab > Columns sub tab, add the following fields:

• Organizer
• Status
• Company
• Date
• Opportunity Fields... Opportunity Status
• Opportunity Fields... Number
• Opportunity Fields... Sales Rep

5. Click Save & Run.
