1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New
2. Click Transaction.
3. Modify Search Title.
4. On the Criteria tab > Standard subtab > Set the following Filters:
- Type is Sales Order
- Main Line is true
- Date – set the desired date for the transactions
5. On the Results tab > Columns subtab > the following Fields are suggested:
- Date
- Number
- Name
- Amount
6. On the Emails tab > set the following:
- Recipients from Results subtab > Sales Rep
- Updated Fields subtab > Field: Document Status
> Old Value: Pending Approval
> New Value: Pending Fulfillment
7. Save & Run.
