Quantity Open Column in Purchase Order Register Report

The Quantity Open column is not visible in the standard purchase order register report (Reports > Purchases > Purchase Order Register). However, this report can be customized to include the quantity open column.

Once the purchase order is fully billed, the quantity will be reduced to 0. As long as the purchase order is not fully billed, the quantities of items ordered will appear in the quantity open column of the purchase order register. For example, if the purchase order lists 10,000 of item A and has a status of "pending receipt", then the quantity open column will display 10,000. However, this will be reduced to 0 once fully billed
