Packing Slip to show only the Item Group Name

To be able to print packing slip showing only the Item Group Name

1. On the Item Group record

   >> Purchasing/Inventory tab> Components sub tab:

        Reference Start/End Lines on Picking Tickets = T (checked)

        Display Components on Transactions = F (unchecked)

2. Accounting Preferences 

   >> Setup> Accounting> Accounting Preferences>  Order Management tab> Picking/Packing:

        Show Non-Inventory Items on Printed Forms = F (unchecked)

 

** Once you printed the Packing Slip with Item Type as Item Group either from the Item Fulfillment page or the Print Packing Slips page user would only see Item Group Name and no components/ members on print out.
