Make a Case Issue Dropdown on Sales Orders

By default, the case issue drop down is not available on any transactions.  Users can create a custom list/record field that will source its value from the case issue list.

 

1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Transaction Body Fields > New.

2. Enter a field name for Label.  E.g. Case Issue

3. Set Type as List/Record.

4. Select Case Issue for the List/Record field.

5. Put a checkmark for the Store Value checkbox.

6. Under the Applies To tab, put a checkmark for the Sale checkbox.

7. On the Display tab, select Main for the Subtab field (optional).

8. Click Save.
