Locate Credit card Transaction with the type Credit in Credit Card List

This happens when a user enters a credit card transaction having Credit as the type in Transactions > Bank > Use Credit Card. Now the user is unable to locate the newly entered credit card transaction in Transactions > Bank > Use Credit Card > List.

The credit card transaction having the type Credit will not appear in the Transactions > Bank > Use Credit Card > List. Only transactions having the type Credit Card will appear in the list e.g credit card charges. The credit card transaction having the type Credit has the transaction type of CCard Refund as it is a credit to the users account.

To show both credit card transaction Charges and Credits in one page a Saved Transaction Search  can be created shown are the steps below:

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Transaction as the Search Type.
3. Click the Criteria tab.
4. Under the Standard subtab > Filter Column, add the following filters:
- Type is any of CCard Refund, Credit Card
- Memorized is false

5. In the Search Title field enter a name on this field if you want to save this search.
6. Click Save & Run.
