How to set Reminder for Bin Putaway

To create the Transaction Saved Search:

1. Go to Lists > Search > Saved Search > New > Transaction
2. Under Criteria tab:
Mark the Use Expressions Checkbox
Add the below Filters:
-Main Line is false
-Posting is true
-Date Created is on or after > Custom > Enter Date Today
-Item Fields... > Use Bins > is true

-(Transaction Bin Number > is empty > And/Or: Or
-Formula (Numeric) > Formula: {quantity}-{binnumberquantity} > is greater than 0 )
 

3. Under Results tab:
-Date
-Type
-Number
-Item
-Item Fields...> Use Bins
-Quantity
-Transaction Bin Quantity
-Location

 

Make sure to also Rename the Search and Mark the Available For Reminders Checkbox.

To put it as a Reminder:
Go to Home > Reminders Portlet > Setup > Add Custom Reminders > Select the Saved Search > Done > Save.
