Fix the Error "Access to that record type from the user interface is not allowed." when using Scriptable Cart Dynamic Discount script

When users follow the steps in the Help guide about Dynamic Discounts or SuiteAnswers id 27441, they might encounter this error "Access to that record type from the user interface is not allowed." after doing step #6. Going back to Setup> Customization> Record Types; user has no way to create a New Record for Threshold.

To fix this error, users should need to enable "Allow UI Access" checkbox as part of Step 2.d.
