Enter Usage Data via CSV Import

 

 

1. Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records
-- Import Type - Custom Records
-- Record Type - Usage Data
2. Select file to upload > Click Next
3. Data Handling > Add > Click Next
4.  Field Mapping:
-- Service Date
-- Subscription
-- Subscription Item
-- Usage Quantity
-- Usage Unit
5. Click Next
6. Set Import Name
7. Save & Run
8. Refresh Job Status until it says Complete
