Even after installing the Enhanced Sales Center SuiteApp, the custom roles that are available in the Enhanced Sales Center are still not showing in Manage Roles. This is because Display Options is set to Hide Components in the Enhanced Sales Center bundle.
Follow the steps below to resolve.
1. As Administrator, click on the Customization tab.
2. In the Setup task pane, click SuiteBundler.
3. Click List on Search & Install Bundle.
4. Click the Enhanced Sales Center.
5. Click the Components tab.
6. Select Show Components.
7. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles and the following custom roles should now be available:
• Sales Admin - Enhanced Sales Ctr
• Sales Mgr - Enhanced Sales Ctr
• Sales Rep - Enhanced Sales Ctr
• Publisher - Enhanced Sales Ctr
