Different Global Search result titles when searching for email addresses

Two different Global search results are shown when searching for email addresses:

1. Global Search: Results - appears when the address results belong to multiple types of records such as Lead, Contacts, Customers, Vendors, Opportunity and others.

2. Global Search: {Entity} Results - appears when the email address searched for can only be seen from a specific entity record (i.e. if only customer records will be pulled from global search, it returns Global Search : Customer Results).
