Customize Shipping Report to add fields from the related Sales Order

A Shipping Report lists the sales orders that have been shipped on the period defined in the footer of the report.

 

This report can be found by going into Reports > Order Management > Shipping Report. This report is mainly built on Item Fulfillment type of record.

 

Thus, the folder seen in the Report Builder page where the fields are taken from is Item Fulfillment.

 

In order to get details from the related Sales Order transaction, we can pull up the fields using the "Originating Line" subfolder that is under Item Fulfillment folder. We can add fields like Date (Sales Order Date), Date Closed (Date Billed), Name, etc.
