Create a Saved Search for Inventory Adjustments

The fields Qty On Hand (at time of transaction) and the New Quantity (at time of transaction) cannot be pulled up from a Saved Search yet but Enhancement # - 144956 is currently filed for that. For now a Transaction Saved Search can be created to pull up the fields Adjust Qty. By and the Est. Unit Cost.

To create the Saved Search, follow the steps below:

I. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New > Transaction

II. On the Criteria tab > Standard sub tab, add the following:

1. Type > Inventory Adjustment
2. Main Line > No

III. On the Results tab > Columns sub tab, add the following:

1. Date
2. Number
3. Item
4. Quantity > Custom Label = Adjust Qty. By
5. Item Rate > Custom Column = Est. Unit Cost

IV. Rename the Search Title and click Save & Run
