Bin Putaway Worksheet Inventory Detail Express Entry receive message 'You have exceeded the length limit for this field. Please shorten your entry by XXXX characters.'

1. Navigate to Transactions > Inventory >  Bin Putaway Worksheet
2. Select Location
3. Item > Quantity e.g. 250  > Click Inventory Detail Icon
4. Click Express Entry button > Copy  250 Serial Numbers from Excel Sheet and Paste it on the Serial Number field
5. Message Received: You have exceeded the length limit for this field. Please shorten your entry by XXXX characters.

Defect 248824 was submitted to report the behavior.  Follow steps below for the alternate solution:

1. Login using Firefox

2. After getting the Pop up message received: You have exceeded the length limit for this field. Please shorten your entry by XXXX characters > click OK > then click OK again.

A pop-up message will appear:

'A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the scipt will complete.

Click Continue

This message will show up several times before all Serial Numbers populate the window.

3. Click the OK button in the Express Entry page.

4. Click OK in the Inventory Detail page.

5. Hit Save.
