Unable to select the PST Expenses account when creating a new Canada tax code.

Tax control accounts displayed under the Purchase Tax Account dropdown is affected by the preference Record PST Separately on Purchases found under Setup > Accounting > Set Up Taxes. PST Expenses account automatically created by NetSuite will only be displayed on the Purchase Tax Account dropdown when the Record PST Separately on Purchases box is marked.
