Create a sample Transfer Order Transaction:
1. Navigate to Transactions > Inventory > Enter Transfer Order.
2. Enter the following:
From Location = Location A
To Location = Location B
3. Under Items Tab, enter the following:
Item A = 10
Item B = 20
4. Click Save.
Create an initial search:
1. Navigate to List> Saved Searches> New> Transaction.
2. On the Criteria tab> Standard sub tab> select the following:
- Type = Transfer Order
3. Navigate to Results tab> Columns subtab, select the following fields:
- Transaction Line Type
- Item
- Date
- Number
- Quantity
4. Enter Search Title.
5. Click Save & Run button.
Actual Result:

The blank Transaction Line Type is the Main Line. We may use the Transaction Line Type to filter the search to show only Items.
Modified the Search:
1. Navigate to List> Saved Searches> New> Transaction.
2. On the Criteria tab> Standard sub tab> select the following:
- Type = Transfer Order
- Transaction Line Type = Item
3. Navigate to Results tab> Columns subtab, select the following fields:
- Transaction Line Type
- Item
- Date
- Number
- Quantity
4. Enter Search Title.
5. Click Save & Run button.
