Sort the Closed Case Analysis Report by Case Number

The Closed Case Analysis Report when sorted by Case Number will not be sorted as a Number field, but as a String. To be able to sort the report so that the most recent Case Number is on top:
 
1. Navigate to Reports > Cases  Closed Case Analysis > Customize Summary.
2. Click Edit Columns > Expand Closed Case in the Add Fields pane > Select Number.
3. Click Sorting > Expand Closed Case in the Add Fields pane > Select Date Created > Mark Descending.
4. Click Preview to see how the report looks like, or click Save.
