Simulate Include Record Link for Send Email Action When Using Email Template

When using Email Template for workflow Send Email action, the option to Include View Record Link link is disabled. To get around this, on the email template, user can add a link with the URL value of the record plus the tag of <record.id>. 

Example, for a Workflow applied to Employee records, set the URL for the link on the Email template to:
