Set Up an Avantlink Affiliate Datafeed File

Note that Avantlink accepts datafeeds according to Google's Product Feed specifications.

For Legacy Datafeed Specifications, in order to set up, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Click on Item.
3. In the Criteria tab > Standard subtab, select the following fields:

Display in Website = T
Child Matrix Item = F

4. Navigate to the Results tab > Columns subtab. Set the following fields for the Field and Label column:

Field = Label
Name = SKU
Display Name = Product Name
Store Description = Long Description
Category = leave blank
Image URL = leave blank
Item URL = Buy Link
Online Customer Price = Retail Price

5. Click on Save & Run.
6. At the bottom right corner of the page, click on Export - CSV.
7. Open the CSV file.
8. Navigate to File > Save As.
9. In the Save As Type dropdown, select Text (Tab Delimited)
10. Click Save.
