Saved Search to Track the Assigned Bin Numbers from all transactions to which a specific serial number is used

Note:This saved search helps track the activities of a serial number within alocation:

1. Setup> Company> EnableFeatures> Items & Inventory tab> Inventory section > AdvanceBin/Numbered Inventory Management = True

2. From the Item Record > Click InventoryDetails tab > Inventory Numberssubtab > Click the Serial Numberlink.

3. Click Search Transactions button

4. Click Return to Criteria button

5. Click the Create Saved Searchbutton.

 

6. Under Criteria tab > Standard subtab, add:
-- Item = *add the item name*
-- Transaction Serial/Lot Number = *serial number is already populated*

--Location = is *Select the appropriate Location*

*Users may add other filters as desired.

7. Under Results tab > Columns subtab, add:

-- Date

-- DateCreated

-- Type

-- DocumentNumber

-- TransactionSerial/Lot Number

-- TransactionSerial/Lot Number Quantity

-- TransactionBin Number

-- TransactionBin Quantity

 

*Usersmay add other column fields as desired.

8. Renamethe Search Title

9. Hit Save & Run

 

Result:The saved search helps identify all the Bin Numbers used on transactions aSerial Number is associated.
