Saved Search to Display Proposal History of a Transaction (i.e. Quotes whether Rejected, Proposed/New, Created)

1. Fixed Assets > Searches > Proposal History
2. Click on Edit this Search
CRITERIA (Standard):
Source Transaction is x (select specific source transaction)
System Notes : Field is Proposal Status
- You can add additional criteria to narrow down the results as needed

RESULTS:
* Sort By - System Notes: Date = Descending
Date Created
Asset
Source Transaction
Asset: Asset Status
Proposal Status
System Notes: Old Value
System Notes: New Value
System Notes: Date
System Notes: Set by
3. Set a Search Title
4. Click Save As
