Sales Order which makes use of a Discount or Markup Item still shows Status of Pending Billing/Partially Fulfilled even if it has been Fully Billed

If a Discount or Markup item is used, then the sales order will still show as Pending Billing/Partially Fulfilled even when billed for the full amount. Close Order button and manually setting the item to Closed does not work.

To change status to Billed, user may do the following:

1. Edit the Sales Order.


2. Add an inventory item. Set the Quantity = 0, Price level = Custom, and Rate = 0.00.


3. Save.


Sales Order status will change to Billed and inventory item is not committed to the sales order.
