Remove Access of Old Account ID for NetSuite and Adaptive Insights Integration

This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.

To change the Account ID at Integration > NetSuite Setup tab of the Adaptive Insights account:

Click the Reset Connection button. It will disable the NetSuite integration, and data can no longer be transferred from NetSuite into Adaptive Insights. Resetting the integration will not delete any mappings or previously imported actuals.

The integration can be easily restored by re-entering a NetSuite e-mail address, password, and Account ID in the NetSuite Integration Setup screen.

However, if upon entering the new Account ID, it reverts to its old Account ID, check if there are two or more Administrator roles on an account using the Customer Management System tool. One administrator must log in and remove access of another (The user who made the initial integration.) by going to Lists > Employees > Edit employee record to unmark Give Access checkbox. 

Then, to back to the employee record to mark the Give Access checkbox. It should now allow the new Account ID.
