Recipient of the Email Notifcation for Reimporting Sales Tax

1. Verify if the Email Address of the user who performed the re-import is the same Email Address specified on the Company Information page under Setup>Company. If not, then it is the expected behavior
2. The system will send a notification (for the Import of Tax Tables) to the Email Address specified on the Company Information page under Setup>Company

Note:  We have Enhancement #199251 - Setup > Accounting > Use State Sales Tax Tables > The user who performed the task did not receive the State Sales Tax Import Results email notification
