Provide User Access to Create New Reports in Adaptive Insights

This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.

Answer:

The user should have access to at least one level in the Organization Structure in order to to create a new Report in Adaptive Insights. To do this:

-Navigate to Admin

-Click Edit User > Click Edit on the User record

-On the Level Access > Click the check box next to a specific level you want to assign your user.

-Click Submit

-Ask the user to clear his cache, then login in Adaptive Insights. The user should now have access to create new reports.
